Our expert furniture delivery teams throughout the UK are white glove, ie: goods delivered directly to the relevant room(s), unpacked, installed (with exception of wall/ceiling fix) and all packaging removed from site.
We will always contact you before arranging any deliveries which are during the week between 9am to 5pm. We will advise you whether to expect delivery in the morning (7am-12noon) or afternoon (12noon-3pm) and the delivery driver will contact you on the day of delivery, approximately 2 hours before they expect to arrive.
If you have agreed a particular delivery time, but are then out when our driver(s) arrive, we can rearrange delivery, but an additional delivery charge will apply, even if the original delivery was free of charge.
Our UK delivery prices include delivery to the room of your choice, as well as any assembly required, unpacking and removal of packaging
A signature for receipt of goods is required for all deliveries, with any issues clearly indicated with the signature.
If someone else is accepting delivery on your behalf, please ensure they are aware of the product details and your criteria for acceptance.
In the unlikely event of a problem, it is essential the items be returned to the supplier in the original packaging.
If you choose to assemble the furniture yourself after delivery, you must state this on the Proof of Delivery document.
SZY LuxuryLiving will not undertake fixing any items to walls or ceilings via white glove delivery.
Please inspect the goods thoroughly before accepting the delivery and In the unlikely event of damaged, missing or faulty items please inform us immediately via email or telephone.
Wall/Ceiling Installations and those for wardrobes, wall units, bookcases, home offices, children's bedrooms and other fitted furniture can be arranged with our designated Specialist Installation Team at separate cost to white glove delivery.
Lead times range from 8-12 weeks for items made to order and 2-3 weeks for stock items.
Please note that due to our European suppliers closing completely throughout the last week of July and first 3 weeks in August, as well as over Christmas and Easter, this will add extra days/weeks to standard lead times for items ordered prior to these periods.

Multiple items to be dispatched in one delivery as soon as all items have arrived at our warehouse and passed quality control.
Please note standard delivery does not include assembly or unpacking and that the delivery company may require assistance unloading larger items.

On rare occasions, circumstances beyond our control can delay delivery. If this happens, we will keep you informed, but we cannot accept liability for any loss or inconvenience that may result from the delay.
Please note, if your orders cannot be delivered due to access restrictions, you remain liable for 50% of the order value and the full delivery charge.
Our sales are not governed by the Distance Selling Regulations as all is made bespoke.

Covid-19 Impact
Due to the current situation and World Health Organisation guidelines/UK Government advice, we are in some cases currently experiencing delays of 3-4 weeks on all orders and we would hope that factories return to normal very soon. We will update you should regional/countrywide Lockdowns recur impact you order and cannot accept any responsibility for orders in this respect.
